The University of Findlay women's basketball team lost in overtime to Hillsdale College on March 5 during the opening round of the 2019 Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Tournament inside the Croy Physical Education Center. The loss ends the Oilers season as they finish with a 20-7 record.

The Oilers trailed by two at 69-67 late in the fourth quarter and tied the game with only four ticks remaining when senior forward Anna Hintz connected on a jumper in the paint. The Oilers then held a 74-72 midway through the overtime period before the Chargers hit three free throws within a few minutes to take a 75-74 lead with only 33 seconds remaining. The Oilers then missed three shots down the stretch as Hillsdale came away with the win.

Senior guard Elissa Ellerbrock led the Oilers with a career-high 25 points on 10-of-20 shooting. She also had eight rebounds and chipped in a pair of assists.

Senior forward Anna Hintz had 14 points, nine rebounds, and two assists while freshman guard Lilly Simon came off the bench to score a career-high ten points in ten minutes of action.

Senior guard Allie Thobe nearly recorded a double-double with seven points and 11 rebounds while senior guard Jenna Stegmaier had nine points and four rebounds.

The Oilers shot 36.9 percent (31-of-84) from the floor and hit only 5-of-22 (22.7%) attempts from behind the three point line. The Chargers meanwhile made 50 percent (30-of-60) of their field goal attempts and splashed home 7-of-19 (36.8%) tries from three point range.

Allie Dewire led Hillsdale with a game-high 26 points.
