Vogt's School Record Leads Oilers to Best 18-Hole Score in School History

Lauren Vogt shot a school record 70 (-2) in the opening round of the Bulldog Invitational and is currently tied for first at the event, which is being hosted at the Katke Golf Course in Big Rapids, Michigan.  Vogt's score helped the Oilers to second place finish on the first day as the team carded an 18-hole school record of 306.

Trelyn Gerlinger is currently in ninth place with a 77 while Brooke Albers (79), Michele Schambs (80) and Ashley Gubser (82) are competing for Findlay at the event as well.

The seond and final round will take place tomorrow.
