Torres Earns Weekly G-MAC Honors Again

Junior Makenzie Torres earned Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Golfer of the Week accolades for the fourth time this season as the league office unveiled their weekly honors on Oct. 31.

Torres led the Oilers to a fourth place finish at the Trevecca Music City Invite, which was held on Oct. 23-24 at Old Hickory Country Club in Nashville, Tenn. Torres finished the tournament with a 6-over par score of 150, which was good for fourth place. She posted 3-over par scores of 75 in each of the two rounds at the tournament.

The Grove City, Ohio native ranks 54th in the nation in scoring average at 74.78 strokes per 18 holes.
