The University of Findlay women's lacrosse team dropped a 24-11 decision at Notre Dame (Ohio) College on Friday, April 5.
The Oilers, who fell to 2-9 on the season with a 0-2 record in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) with the loss, received four goals from Mackenzie Barnwell and two each from Taylor Trice, Sarah Lankton and Olivia Porcaro.
Trice and Lankton each added an assist in the game while Victoria Predmore scored the Oilers other goal.
The Oilers turned the ball over 20 times compared to only nine times for Notre Dame and they were out-shot by a 39-23 margin.
Findlay will play again on Sunday as they prepare to battle Grand Valley State University at 2 p.m. in Allendale, Mich.
