The University of Findlay women's lacrosse team earned a 22-8 victory over Alderson-Broaddus University on April 24 in Philippi, W. Va. The win gives the Oilers a 7-8 record on the season with a 5-2 mark in Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) play.
Sophomore Kyra Bradley had five goals to lead the way while junior Sarah Lankton had four goals, 12 draw controls and five ground balls.
Freshmen Melissa Peters and Olivia Sherman each had three goals while juniors Mackenzie Barnwell and Taylor Trice along with sophomore Erin Stacho each scored two.
Trice and Sherman each had two assists as well.
Freshman Brooke Eicher captured the win in the net for Findlay.
The Oilers will play at Shepherd tomorrow in their final regular season game. The contest is scheduled to begin at 11 am.
