The University of Findlay of Findlay women's lacrosse team fell 12-6 at Tiffin University on Saturday, April 15. The loss gives the Oilers a 6-7 record on the season with a 1-2 mark in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC).
The Oilers were out-shot by a 24-16 margin and had 18 turnovers in the game.
Junior Olivia Sherman, sophomore Brie Caruso and freshman Ciara Burud each scored two goals apiece to account for all of Findlay's scoring plays.
Junior Rachel Heath took the loss and made five saves in goal.
The Oilers will be back in action again on April 21 when they travel to Canton, Ohio to face Walsh University at 5 p.m.
