The University of Findlay women's lacrosse team went on the road to Wingate, N.C. and claimed a 13-4 win over Wingate University to improve to 2-0 on the season.
Ciara Burud led the offense with four goals while Allison Kelly had three. Brie Caruso also had a great game, recording three goals and an assist. She also caused two turnovers in the victory.
Maddi Brown picked up a goal and registered a pair of assists while Hannah Peebles finished with the same stat line.
Natalie Fury won seven draws and caused two turnovers while Claire Ferrell was dominant between the pipes, making ten saves to go along with eight ground balls.
The Oilers will be back in action again on March 9 when they travel to Coker for a 12pm contest.
