#15 Roughnecks Slam West Liberty State 34-12

The University of Findlay wrestling team, ranked 15th in the latest National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) poll, defeated West Liberty State College by a score of 34-12 on Friday, January 28 in Croy Gymnasium.

125-pound Ben Sergent started the match off with a bang, registering a pin over Preston Foster in 4:53.

Jan Ulinski (141) and Jeremy Espinoza (149) each picked up major decision wins in their respective weight classes while Michael Lybarger captured a 17-2 technical fall victory over Ben Giles in the 165-pound weight class.

Nick Wiesjahn scored a 4-2 win over Pete McAtee at 133 while Mason True (174) and Matt Clum (285) each won by forfeit.
