True Named GLIAC Wrestler of the Week

Senior Mason True was named the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Wrestler of the Week on Wednesday, Jan. 23 for his performance last weekend at the Ranger Duals in Kenosha, Wisc.

True went 3-0 in the 174-pound weight class, the only Roughneck to emerge with a perfect record at the event.  He won 17-5 over McKendree's Isaiah Gonzalez, 1-0 over St. Cloud State's Kurt Salmen and 5-0 against Josh Anthony of Wisconsin-Parkside.

True, a national runner-up last year in the 165-pound weight class, is 24-14 on the season.
