Roughnecks Ranked 5th in Super Region 2 Rankings

The University of Findlay wrestling program is ranked fifth in the Super Region 2 rankings, which were released on Dec. 30.

Individually, sophomore Joey White and sophomore Nick Goebel are both the top ranked wrestlers in the region for their respective weight classes. White is at the top of the 157-pound weight class while Goebel is first in the 149-pound class.

Both grapplers are also ranked in their weight classes at the national level as well. Goebel is ranked fourth and White checks in sixth.

Sophomore Bradley Metz is ranked third at 174, freshman Josh Wimer is ranked fifth at 133 and freshman Ryan Skonieczny is sixth at 141.
