Wimer Named GLIAC Wrestler of the Week

Freshman Josh Wimer was named the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Wrestler of the Week on Jan. 14.

Wimer earned the award by scoring a 4-2 win over 8th-ranked Nick Crume of Indianapolis in the Roughnecks 38-4 win over the Greyhounds on Jan. 10.

The Grove City, Ohio native has posted a 21-9 record this season for Findlay in the 133-pound weight class. He is also ranked third in his weight class in the Super Region 2 regional rankings.
