#17 Storm Defeat #20 Roughnecks 29-16

The University of Findlay wrestling team, ranked 20th in the nation, lost 29-16 to 17th-ranked Lake Erie College on Feb. 13 in Croy Gymnasium.

The Storm opened the match with a pin, but Josh Wimer countered with a pin of his own at 133 to make the score 6-0. The Storm then captured 141 before Nick Goebel and Joey White won back-to-back matches to five the Roughnecks a 13-9 advantage. The Roughnecks had to forfeit the 165-pound class and then continued to lose three straight before Luke Fleming earned the final victory for Findlay at 285.
