#18 Roughnecks Take Down #4 Ashland

The University of Findlay wrestling program, ranked 18th in the nation, claimed a 23-18 win over fourth-ranked Ashland University on Feb. 7 in Croy Gymnasium.

The highlight of the night came when Armani Robinson scored a 3-2 win over top-ranked Luke Cramer at 197. Robinson gave Cramer his first loss of the season and helped propel the Roughnecks to victory.

Fifth-ranked Bradley Metz recorded a 17-1 technical fall victory over Chance Esmont at 184 right before Robinson's big win. Josh Wimer also picked up a pin at 149 against Dustin Marteney in 2:55.

Michael Stewart, Ryan Skonieczny and Gerald Beck also claimed victories in their respective weight classes.
