Robinson Earns G-MAC Athlete of the Week

Findlay, Ohio – University of Findlay wrestler Armani Robinson has earned his first Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Athlete of the Week honor for his performance last week against Ashland.

Robinson, wrestling at 197 pounds, was matched up against the top-ranked wrestler in the country and previously undefeated Luke Cramer. Cramer was 17-0 coming into the match. Robinson defeated Cramer with a late takedown that put the Roughnecks' junior ahead 3-2, which would be the final score.

Robinson's win helped guide the Roughnecks past the No. 4 Ashland Eagles, handing the former conference rival their first dual-meet loss of the season.
