The University of Findlay women's soccer team ended their match against Tiffin in a 2-2 tie on Sunday, Sept. 16 in Tiffin, Ohio.
The Oilers were the first to strike when Emily Beddoes scored her off an assist from Brittany Guglielmi at the 13-minute mark.
It wasn't until the second half, at the 55-minute mark when Findlay would make the score 2-0 off a Guglielmi goal assisted by Ashley Davis.
However, Tiffin would make a dramatic comeback scoring at the 58 and 72-minute mark to tie the game. After two overtime periods, the match ended at a 2-2 tie despite an Oilers 26-18 shot advantage.
With the tie, Findlay's record moves to 0-3-1 on the season with an 0-0-1 mark in GLIAC play. The Oilers will be back in action on Friday, Sept. 21 when they take on Ashland in Findlay, Ohio.
