Beddoes Named GLIAC Soccer Player of the Week

Senior Emily Beddoes of the Oilers women's soccer team was named the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Player of the Week on Monday, Sep. 24.

Beddoes led the Oilers to a pair of conference wins over the weekend by scoring three goals to go along with one assist.

Beddoes scored two goals in the Oilers 4-3 win against Ashland on Friday with her second giving Findlay the win in overtime. She then tallied a goal and an assist in the Oilers 5-4 win over Ohio Dominican on Sunday.

Beddoes has four goals and three assists on the season to lead the Oilers with 11 points.
