The University of Findlay women's soccer team suffered a 3-1 loss to Ohio Dominican University on Oct. 10 in Columbus, Ohio.  The loss gives the Oilers a 6-4 record on the season with a 3-2 mark in Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) play.

The Panthers claimed a 1-0 lead early in the game, but Kirsten Fruchey found the back of the net off of an assist by Danielle Hart to tie the game at 1-1. Ohio Dominican would then tack on another goal before the end of the half and scored one more in the second for the final margin.

Ohio Dominican also held an 8-1 advantage in the corner kick department.

The Oilers will return home on Sunday to host Walsh in a "Pink Game" to help raise awareness about breast cancer. The match is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. on DeHaven Field.
