UF Women's Soccer Ties the Screaming Eagles

The University of Findlay women's soccer team tied the Southern Indiana Screaming Eagles 2-2 Sunday, Sep. 6 at DeHaven Field.

Senior Katelyn Anderson led the offense for the Oilers by assisting a goal from freshman Marissa Swindell in the first minute of play. Anderson also netted a goal in the 33 minute of gameplay. The Lady Oilers fought a hard game, playing two overtime periods for the draw.  Sophomore goalkeeper Bre Parrish held a strong defense with 11 saves in the net.

The UF women's soccer team plays on the road Tuesday, Sep. 8 at 7pm to face the Bowling Green Falcons.
