Frank Named Freshman of the Year | All-Conference Announced

Olivia Frank was tabbed the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Freshman of the Year for the 2018 season as the league office unveiled their postseason awards on Oct. 31.

Frank scored five goals and had two assists during her first year with the Oilers and led the team with three game-winning goals. She started 15 contests and put 22 shots on goal.

In addition, senior Megan Kupetz and sophomore Shannon Marsh captured second team all-conference honors while senior Anna Money was awarded honorable mention status.

Kupetz led the team with seven goals and also produced one assist while Marsh led the team in points with 17, scoring five goals to go along with a team-high five assists.

Money meanwhile had a .842 save percentage and only allowed 12 goals the entire year. She made 64 saves and finished with seven shutouts.
