Bio

Kate Prewitt is in her second year as a graduate assistant coach with the Oilers' women's soccer program in 2018.

Prewitt played collegiately for the Oilers from 2013-17 and started in 67 of her 68 career games played. A defender from Pickerington, Ohio, Prewitt earned the Coca-Cola Award from the athletic department in her senior season for displaying high achievement both on the field and in the classroom.

While at Findlay, Prewitt earned her bachelor's degree in health sciences with an emphasis on pre-physical therapy. She is currently earning her doctorate of physical therapy and is on track to graduate in May of 2019.

Prior to her time at Findlay, Prewitt played for the New Albany Freedom Soccer Club and attended Pickerington North High School where she competed in multiple state tournaments. 

Kate was born in Memphis, Ten. and grew up in Columbus, Ohio and is the daughter of Ben and Susan Prewitt. She has an older brother Sam who is currently in medical school at Midwestern University in Chicago.
