Men Home For 4, Women Home For 5

The University of Findlay men's and women's swimming and diving teams will have four and five home meets, respectively, on their schedule for the 2011-2012 season.

The Oilers will be at home for a pair of meets to start the 2011-2012 campaign as they will host Ashland University at 6 pm on Friday, October 14, for the first match of the year and Lake Erie College the following weekend (10/22).  On October 23, Findlay will travel to Pennsylvania for the Clarion University Diving Invitational.

The women's squad will be at home against Hillsdale on November 5 before both teams face Urbana University (11/12) in Sink Natatorium.  After traveling to Muncie, Indiana the next weekend (11/18-11/19) to compete in Ball State's Doug Coers Invitational, the Oilers will head to Ypsilanti, Michigan for the Eastern Michigan Invitational (12/2-12/3).

Findlay begins the New Year with a pair of away meets, Grand Valley State University (1/14) and Ohio Wesleyan (1/20-1/21). After the Oilers last home meet against Wayne State University on January 27 at 6 pm, Findlay will travel to Wilmington College and Wayne State for dual away meets (1/28).

The GLIAC Championship is slated to begin on February 8 and conclude on February 11 at Grandville, Michigan, followed by a trip to Kenyon College (2/18) with the NCAA Championships held March 14-17 in Mansfield, Texas.
