Oilers Sweep Storm

The University of Findlay women's tennis team defeated Lake Erie College by a score of 9-0 on Friday, Oct. 11 at the Armstrong Sports Complex in Findlay, Ohio.

The Oilers won seven matches and also picked up two forfeit victories against the Storm.

The victory gives the Oilers a 3-8 record on the season with a 3-8 mark in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC).

The Oilers showed dominance in their matches, out-scoring the Storm by a 60-6 margin in singles competition.

They also posted a 16-4 advantage in doubles competition during the win.

The team will be at home again tomorrow to host Malone University at 11 a.m.
