Cavaliers Best Oilers 7-2

The University of Findlay women's tennis team had their two-match winning streak halted by Walsh University on Saturday, Oct. 13. 

The Oilers dropped a 7-2 decision to the Cavaliers at the Armstrong Sports Complex and saw their record drop to 4-9 on the year with a 4-9 mark in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC).

Matina Matic picked up a win in singles competition and also teamed with Viktoriya Shkola to capture a victory in doubles competition as well.

The Oilers will conclude their regular season on Oct. 16 at Hillsdale College.  The match is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. in Hillsdale, Mich.
