Chargers Edge Oilers 6-3

The University of Findlay women's tennis team lost 6-3 to Hillsdale College on Wednesday, Oct. 16 in Hillsdale, Mich.

The loss gives the Oilers a 4-10 record on the year with a 4-10 mark in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC).

Nina Djordjevic, Matina Matic and Kiara Shaw each picked up victories for the Oilers in singles competition.

Djordjevic won her #2 singles match by a score of 3-6, 7-5, 6-1 over Sydney Delp.

Matic defeated Dana Grace Buck in #3 singles by a score of 6-1, 6-4 and Shaw was victorious over Rachel Blaauw, 6-4, 6-2 in #5 singles action.
