Matic Named 2nd Team All-GLIAC
Junior Matina Matic earned second team all-Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) honors for her performance during the 2015 season as the league office unveiled their annual postseason women's tennis awards on Oct. 25.
Matic led the Oilers with a 5-7 record in singles competition, which featured a 4-7 mark in the GLIAC. She was 4-6 in #1 singles action and also recorded a 4-8 record in doubles competition.
In addition, senior Tijana Raicevic earned honorable mention all-conference accolades after posting a 2-10 record in singles competition and a 5-7 mark in doubles action.
