Rowland Finishes 16th in Hammer at Olympic Trials
Jessica Rowland finished 16th in the hammer throw at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials, which are being hosted in Eugene, Ore.
Rowland had a throw of 62.26 meters in the event, which consisted of 24 individuals from around the country.
The trials will continue again tomorrow with Raven Clay running the 100-meter hurdles and former Oilers standout Stephanie Charnigo taking part in the 800-meter run.
