Track Completes Day One Of Penn Relays

The University of Findlay men and women's track and field team completed day one of the Penn Relays on Thursday, April 25 in Philadelphia.

The women's 4x400-meter relay team of Maud Sanmiquel, Christine Zimmermann, Shelby Stump and Kirsten Gaerke finished the 49th in the prelims of the event with a time of 3:55.55.

Sanmiquel also competed in the 400-meter hurdles event, finishing 47th with a time of 1:03.27.

The lone competitor on the men's side was Tim Majoy who took 17th with a time of 9:26.77.

The Penn Relays will continue tomorrow.
