The University of Findlay volleyball team knocked off Quincy University 3-1 (19-25, 25-16, 25-19, 25-7) on Saturday, October 15, during the GLIAC/GLVC Crossover Tournament held in Aurora, Illinois. The Oilers move to 8-11 this season.
Hard hitter Mackenzie Vorst racked up 16 kills in the match while Jessica VonIns generated a double-double with 10 kills and 41 assists.
Jacqui Endre and Brittany Hall each produced 11 digs in the contest and Danielle Taflinger led the Oiler defense with four blocks.
Findlay will be back in action later today, October 15, to face Drury University in the Oilers final match of GLIAC/GLVC Crossover Tournament with a 5:00 p.m. start time.
