Winner Named Great Midwest Player of the Week

Junior Amanda Winner was named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) West Division Player of the Week on Sep. 18.

Winner led the Oilers to a 3-1 record last week by accumulating 67 kills and 30 digs. She hit .225 and averaged 3.9 kills per set.

Winner began the week with 21 kills and 11 digs in a 3-2 win over Hillsdale. She then followed with ten kills in the Oilers 3-0 sweep of Ohio Dominican before posting 17 kills in the Oilers 3-2 win over Cedarville. Winner then closed the week with 19 kills and 12 digs in Findlay's 3-2 loss to Flagler, their first of the season.

The Versailles, Ohio native leads the conference with 141 kills and 4.03 kills per set.
