Winner/Olson Earn All-Region Honors from D2CCA

The University of Findlay volleyball program had two players earn spots on the Division II Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA) all-Midwest Region squad as junior Amanda Winner earned first team accolades and junior Hailee Olson was tabbed second team.

Winner was a first team all-Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) selection for the Oilers this season and leads the team with 461 kills, currently the tenth-best single-season total in school history. Winner has also accumulated 252 digs, 30 aces and 28 blocks for Findlay.

In her career, Winner has racked up 1,265 kills and 694 digs. Her kill total ranks seventh all-time at Findlay.

Olson was a first team all-Great Midwest selection for the Oilers and has recorded 1,293 assists, 69 kills, 47 aces and 38 blocks for Findlay this year. Her assist total this season is the tenth-best performance in school history.

The Malone, Wis. native earned first team all-region honors in each of the past two years and has also been voted a NCAA Division II All-American twice.

In her career, Olson has recorded 4,066 career assists. Her assist total is the third-best mark in school history. She has also recorded 122 career aces, the tenth-best total in program history.
