Oilers Compete at All-Ohio Championship

Results

The University of Findlay men and women's cross country team competed in the All-Ohio Championship in Cedarville, Ohio today September 29.

Men's Results

The men's squad finished 5th overall with a score of 167. Junior Jonathan Allen led the Oilers to the finish with a time of 26:07.2 taking 16th. Ty Gleason came next for Findlay, finishing 31st with a time of 26:44.3.

Junior Austin Guthrie placed 47th (27:15.4) and crossing the finish soon after was freshman Jack Adams in 52nd with a time of 27:30.8.

Also competing for the Oilers were freshman Daniel Agbola (29:08.9), freshman Joe Lauck (32:54.5), and sophomore Dylan Jacobs (35:23.9).

Women's Results

Findlay had four runners compete on the women's side. Leading the Oilers was junior Torrie Purdy who came in 31st with a time of 23:56.3.

Sophomore Madilyn Greiner (25:13.2), sophomore Jenna Shipman (25:38.5), and sophomore Maggie Kise (27:35.8) also competed for the Oilers.
