Top Athletes Since 2000 | Antonio Guerra

Since we can't play sports, we have decided to look back on the past 20 years and highlight some of the best student-athletes to wear the Orange and Black since 2000. Our next standout is two-time NCAA Division II wrestling champion, Antonio Guerra.

Antonio holds the school record for most career victories with 123 and won the 2006 NCAA Division II national championship in the 149-pound weight class. His second national title came in 2007 in the 157-pound weight class. He also added a runner-up finish in 2008 at 157 and was named the NCAA Division II Regional Wrestler of the Year.

A four-time NCAA Division II All-American, Antonio is a member of the Oilers Athletic Hall of Fame and was also enshrined in the NCAA Division II Wrestling Hall of Fame.
