Trevecca would take back the lead in the top of the 8th scoring on a pair of wild pitches and then adding on to that in the 9th with one more run to give them a 3-1 lead.

Findlay would battle back in the bottom of the 9th as senior Brandon Emery would score on a wild pitch to bring the game back to within one run but could not scratch across anymore runs.

Senior Ryan Mohr started on the mound for Findlay. He would complete 5.2 innings allowing only one earned run while striking out 5 Trojan batters.
