#8 Findlay Rolls to 106-66 Win

The eighth-ranked University of Findlay men's basketball team cruised to their seventh straight victory on Feb. 18 as they defeated Wilberforce University by a score of 106-66 in the Croy Physical Education Center. The win gives the Oilers a 21-3 record on the season.

The Oilers jumped out to a 51-17 lead at the break and never looked back as ten Findlay players put their name in the scorebook during the win. As a team, the Oilers connected on 61.2 percent (41-of-67) of their field goal attempts and held a 42-28 advantage on the boards.

Senior forward Alex White led the way with 21 points, nine rebounds, and three blocks. Sophomore forward Chazz George also had a great game as he poured in a career-high 20 points to go along with five rebounds, five assists, two steals, and a block.

Freshman forward Deven Stover posted a career-high 17 points and added four rebounds, two assists, two steals, and a block, while sophomore forward Anthony Masterlasco had 14 points and six boards.

Freshman guard Ethan Linder had 11 points and a career-high six rebounds while his brother, junior guard Corbin Linder, had nine points.

The Oilers will be back in action again on Feb. 21 when they travel to Columbus, Ohio to take on Ohio Dominican at 7:30 p.m.
