Oilers Picked to Finish 2nd in G-MAC

The University of Findlay men's basketball team was picked to finish as the runner-up in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) this season as the league office unveiled their annual preseason coaches poll presented by Under Armour on Oct. 22.

The Oilers received 114 points in the poll to go along with five first place votes. Walsh University was picked as the favorite with 117 points and seven first place votes. The Oilers have won the regular season conference title in each of the past two seasons. Walsh defeated the Oilers in the G-MAC Tournament Final last season inside the Croy Physical Education Center.
