North Canton, Ohio - The University of Findlay men's soccer team was defeated in double overtime by the score of 1-0 on Saturday, November 2 to Walsh University. The Oilers now have a record of 9-6-1, while Walsh is now 10-5-2.
The Oilers had just three shots on goal the entire match, which were attempted by Josh Dickinson, David Hug, and Harrison Szep. Overall, Hug had the most shots attempted with seven.
The game was a defensive battle the entire way, but Walsh was able to avoid the tie and beat the Oilers with a goal in the 107th minute, just three minutes away from a tie game.
