Findlay Falls to Dragons 3-0

Tiffin, OH- The University of Findlay Men's soccer team traveld to Tiffin on thursday Oct 13 to take on the Dragons in a Great Midwest Athletic Conference matchup. The Oilers would come into the contest bosting a 7-4-1 overall record and a 5-3-1 record in the conference. 

Tiffin would start the scoring off in the 39th minute to give the Dragons an early 1-0 lead. 

The Dragons would find the back of the net twice in the second half while the Oilers struggled to get anything started on offense. At the end of 90 minutes of play the Dragons would lead 3-0 and take home the win. 

Senion Andrew Boulton would start in goal for the Oilers and would record 4 saves in his 51 minutes of play. Sophomore Nathan Smith would play the rest of the game in goal for the Oilers and would record 2 saves of his own. 

With the loss, Findlay drops to 7-5-1 on the season and 5-4-1 in the G-MAC. The Oilers will be back on the pitch on saturday Oct 15th at DeHaven as they take on Kentucky Wesleyan Panthers.
