Oilers Advance to Championship with 4-3 Win
The University of Findlay men's tennis team advanced to the finals of the 2022 Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Tournament with a 4-3 win over Hillsdale College on April 22 in Owensboro, Ky. The victory gives the Oilers a 12-11 record on the season.
The Oilers won the doubles point in the match as all three teams scored victories. Sophomore Wilfredo Lara, freshman Dallas Ramsey, and junior Octavio Carrasco then posted singles wins to lift the Oilers into the championship match.
