2022-23 - Finished fifth in the 5,000m at the G-MAC Indoor Championship with a personal record of 17:46.95...Came in tenth in the 1,500m at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship with a time of 4:51.55.

2021-22- Finished first in the mile at the Findlay Alumni Classic & Elite Throws with a career best time... Came in third in the 400m at the Mike Becraft Invitational... Took seventh in the 1500m at the Great Midwest Outdoor Championship.

2020-21- Finished fourth in the DMR at the G-MAC Indoor Championship... Took sixth in the 800m at the Hillsdale Invitational.
