COLLEGE BESTS (TFRRS)

2022-23 - Named second team all-G-MAC in the 4x400 during the indoor season...Earned all-region during the indoor season as member of 4x400 relay squad...Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team...Finished third in the javelin throw at the Gordon Bocock Outdoor.

2021-22- Earned first team all-conference during the indoor season... Was a member of the 4x400 that finished first at the G-MAC Indoor Track and Field Championship... Finished tenth in the javelin throw at the Great Midwest Outdoor Championship...Named Division II All-Academic Team by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

2020-21 - Earned second team all-conference honors during the outdoor season.
