The University of Findlay women's lacrosse team fell 19-5 against 7th-ranked Florida Southern College on April 14 at the Armstrong Sports Complex. The loss gives the Oilers a 6-8 record on the season.
Freshman Danielle Dilorenzo and junior Ciara Burud each scored two goals in the game while senior Hannah Peebles had one goal and two assists.
Sophomore Jordan Reineke picked up three ground balls while senior Claire Ferrell took the loss after allowing 11 goals. She also made three saves during the game.
Freshman Rachel Bronstein also saw action in goal and made four saves while allowing eight goals.
The Oilers will now prepare to host Tiffin University on April 20 at 12pm.
