Sierra Perry is entering her second season as an assistant women's soccer coach with the Oilers in 2023. 

During the 2023 campaign, the Oilers finished the season with a 10-6-3 record and an 8-4-2 record in conference play. Findlay ended their season in the Great Midwest Tournament Semifinal at the hands of #13 Cedarville. The Oilers were present in multiple Midwest Regional Rankings throughout the year, reaching as high as seventh in the final ranking of the regular season. Perry helped coach three players to all-conference honors including one first team selection and two third team selections. Midfielder Ellie Tischler was named first team all-region by the Division 2 Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA). She is just the sixth player in program history to earn the accolade.

Perry spent the 2021 season as an assistant coach at Ohio Northern University and also served as a graduate assistant coach at Heidelberg University in 2020. While at Ohio Northern in 2021, Perry helped lead the Polar Bears to a 14-5-3 record and an appearance in the NCAA Division III National Tournament. The squad also won the Ohio Athletic Conference championship.

A 2020 graduate from the University of Findlay, Sierra was a four-year varsity letter winner for the women's soccer team.

During her athletic career, Perry was a senior captain, led the team to their first NCAA DII tournament appearance, and named a second team all-conference player.  

The Findlay, Ohio, native earned an undergraduate degree from Findlay in Animal Science in 2020.
