Sweet Named G-MAC Player of the Week

Findlay, Ohio – University of Findlay sophomore Samantha Sweet has been named as the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) for the first time this season on Thursday, April 25.

This past week, Sweet earned wins against Cedarville at first singles and doubles. She took down Liana English by a score of 6-3, 6-2 and later won 6-1 in doubles.

Sweet is now 12-5 this season and has not lost a conference match.

The Oilers will now enter the G-MAC Tennis Championship in Owensboro, Ky. where they will face off against the top-seeded Hillsdale Chargers.
