Kin Earns All-American Honors from AVCA

Junior Shelby Kin was named an American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) NCAA Division II All-American on Nov. 27. Kin earned honorable mention honors from the organization and becomes the 13th All-American selection in the past seven years.

Kin was named first team all-Midwest Region by the organization earlier this month after recording 308 kills for the Oilers in 2018. She also hit .343, the seventh-best mark in program history, and led the team with 73 blocks.

Kin has been named first team all-Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) in each of the past two seasons.
