Palm Beach Atlantic Outlasts Findlay in Five Sets

Hillsdale, Mi. - The University of Findlay women's volleyball team was defeated in five sets, (25-19, 15-25, 25-19, 16-25, 12-15), against Palm Beach Atlantic on Friday, September 13. The Oilers now have a record of 0-6 on the year, while Palm Beach Atlantic improved to 4-2. 

Senior hitter Shelby Kin was attacking from all angles as she blasted a team-high 18 kills in the match. Kin also reached double digits in the digs category, recording 10.

Rylie Pattison added 15 kills for the Oilers with a hitting percentage of .263. Madison Moore also notched double figures in the kills category, as she had 13 with a hitting percentage of .308. 

Setter Emily Annesser had 41 assists in the match, to go along with 15 digs and six kills. Olivia Morrison led the Orange and Black in digs with 16. Chloe Lentych added seven digs of her own. 

The Oilers will be back in action on Saturday, September 14th as they are set to take on Ashland at 10:00am, and then later in the day will square up against Northwood in a match that is set to take place at 4:00pm. Both matches will take place in Hillsdale, Mich.
