Findlay, Ohio - The University of Findlay women's volleyball team went 1-1 on Saturday, September 21 as they were defeated by Indianapolis, (who has a record of 7-1), in three sets, (17-25, 14-25, 22-25), and defeated Seton Hill, (who has a record of 4-2), in four sets, (22-25, 25-22, 30-28, 25-18). The Oilers now have a 2-8 record on the year. 

Senior Shelby Kin led the Oilers with 11 kills in match one, posting a hitting percentage of .242, while also posting five digs.

Setter Emily Annesser had 16 assists and five digs.

Libero Alana Sundermann was solid defensively as she had 11 digs to lead the Orange and Black. Chloe Lentych added eight digs of her own. 

Kin led the Oilers in match two in kills as she blasted 18, and also contributed eight digs.

Madison Moore pitched in 13 kills to help the Oilers.

Rylie Pattison was the third Oiler who had double digit kills, hitting 10 on a hitting percentage of .346. 

Annesser dished out 38 assists in the match to go along with 10 digs.

Sundermann and Olivia Morrison had 13 and 12 digs of their own, playing stellar defense all match to help guide the Oilers to victory. 

The Oilers will be back in action tomorrow on Sunday, September 22 as they will face off against Ill.-Springfield at 11:30am. The match will take place in Tiffin, Ohio.
