Oilers Set 2 New School Records On Day 3 Of NCAA Championships

The University of Findlay had two swimmers compete in events on day 3 of the NCAA championships, which took place on Friday, March 13 in Indianapolis, Indiana. 

Janko Radmanovic claimed a seventh place finish in the 200 yard butterfly with a time of 1:48.04 to earn All-American accolades for the men's squad.  In the preliminary round of that event he finished with a time of 1:46.49, which set a new school record.   Radmanovic earned All-American honors with his seventh place finish in the event. 

Jessica Ward claimed an eighth place finish in the 100 yard backstroke with a time of 55.22 to earn All-American honors for the women's team.  In the preliminary round of that event she finished with a time of 55.01, which set a new school record.  Ward earned All-American honors with her eighth place finish in the event. 

The NCAA championships will conclude tomorrow.
