Fintel Earns Second G-MAC Athlete of the Week

Findlay, Ohio- The Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) released their selections for Athlete of the Week on Monday, Feb. 20. Findlay's Trista Fintel picked up the award for her performance at the Flag City Open last Friday.

Sophomore Trista Fintel earned Female Field Athlete of the Week after she won the shot put with an NCAA provisional distance throw of 15.72m which ranks third in Division II this season. She also won the weight throw with a a mark of 18.40m, meeting the NCAA provisional mark.

This is the Deshler, Ohio native's second Athlete of the Week honor of her career.
