Oilers take on Tiffelberg Open

The Oilers crosscountry teams competed at the Tiffleberg open in Tiffin Ohio on Oct. 1. Findlay sent 3 individuals to compete, 1 male and 2 females, so as a team they did not place.

For the womens race senior Matilda Jeruto finished 14th with a time of 25:31.0. Freshman Paxton Oberhaus finished closely behind with a time of 26:06.1 to take 20th

On the mens side of things sophomore Aidan Ruiz finished 66th overall with a time of 30:39.0. 

The Oilers will be back in action on Oct. 8 when they head to North Carolina to run in the Royals Cross Country Challenge.
