Dance Team Tryouts Scheduled for Sep. 5

Dance team tryouts for the Oilers are scheduled to be held on Wednesday, Sep. 5 in Croy Gymnasium.  Starting at 6 p.m. a short routine will taught, which potential dancers will need to perform in front of the judges.  Other skills that will need to be shown in front of the judges include: kicks, split leaps, double pirouette, heel stretchs and toe touches.  The judging portion of the tryouts will begin at 7 p.m.

Upon making the dance team, all members will attend a mandatory choreography clinic Friday, Sep. 7 from 4 - 8 p.m. and Saturday, Sep. 8 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
